Welcome to Corrada. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What Corrada is

Corrada provides a market relationship graph platform and APIs (including MCP tools) that help you explore connections between market entities — for example ETFs, crypto assets, correlation structures, and related signals.

Corrada is a research and tooling platform. It is designed as a brain for your AI agent to query market structure and entity relationships.

2. Not investment or trading advice

Corrada does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice.

  • Nothing on Corrada constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.
  • Graph edges, scores, workflows, and agent outputs are informational and exploratory only.
  • You are solely responsible for your own research, compliance, and trading decisions.
  • Past or simulated relationships do not guarantee future results.

If you need investment advice, consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Keep API keys and account credentials secure.
  • Not abuse rate limits, scrape beyond permitted API use, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
  • Not misrepresent Corrada outputs as guaranteed predictions or advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or abuse risk.

4. Accounts & API access

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • Free and paid plans include monthly API quotas as described on our pricing and billing pages.
  • We may change plan limits, features, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

5. Intellectual property

Corrada, its graph data models, software, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to your plan while your account is in good standing.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that graph data is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular trading strategy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corrada and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will publish a new version (e.g. `terms-1.1.md`) and ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continued use.
